We serve No. 1 grade tuna, yellowtail, salmon and other seafood from environmentally friendly fisheries in Hawaii, Tazmania, the United States and Asia. Much of our fish is flown in three times a week because we strive to have the freshest fish possible for your sushi, sashimi, nigiri and rolls. We also server hormone and antibiotic free beef, pork & chicken in our kitchen dishes that include tempura, katsu, udon, sobas, teriyaki & hibachi. Along with our meat, we strive to provide locally grown and/or organic produce whenever possible. One of our goals is to use as many local foods as possible to help offset our reliance on flown in fish.

Our head sushi chef/owner, Christopher Boyd, is a classically trained Japanese chef, who has over 20 years of experience. He trains his chefs to understand and appreciate the traditions of Japanese cuisine as well as the innovations of modern fusion cuisine.

To complement our cuisine we have a fully stocked high-end, top shelf bar that includes premium sakes, beer, wine, liquors and specialty cocktails. Like our kitchen, our bartenders also make all of their own mixers - so our sweet and sour is not something you can buy at the grocery store.

We offer reservations, a semi-private dining room for larger parties and to-go for those of you who want to dine at home.
