Write a Review Finally a staffing company that cares about their people, I don't feel like I'm just a number! by Hospitality King - 11/18/2008The management staff at nite owl staffing seem to do their best for you and don't just lead you on with alot of false promises. Kent, the president of the company seems to be a stright shooter. Its like he has been there, done that. not just school smart, but street smart too. He seems to be one of those people who had to work hard all his life to get to where he's at. Not afraid to get his hands dirty. like nothing was handed to him. So he seems to have respect for his employees and knows he has to give it, to get it, and he does. This is why I say; as for their employees at nite owl, they are more than just a number, they are somebody special no matter who you are!
