We are new to the area and Niles Clark had been recommended by a friend. The accountant was friendly, and I left from our initial meeting feeling like things were in good hands.



However, when I returned to get my packet, things turned out differently. I got home and a few days later checked the packet they had given me and found the cover letter matched, but the W-2 and tax information belonged to a different client. I let them know that I had someone else's information and asked if someone else had mine.



The receptionist I spoke with called the other client, but then didn't pursue it further. I returned the other client's information, but still don't know if someone else has my tax information.



I mentioned that I wasn't comfortable with someone else possibly having my social, tax information, etc., and receiving someone else's information hurt the confidence I had in the company's confidentiality. I got an apology from the receptionist, which felt more like a brush off, and never heard back from the accountant about that issue or a question I had about my taxes.

This company is WONDERFUL. The employees are very nice and willing to go the extra mile to help.

If you need your taxes done this is the place to go. They are very helpfull and friendly.
