This agency is NOT GOOD. Do not confuse them with the other Nightingale located in Burr Ridge. Nightingale of Chicago has refused to do lab tests on my patients despite a written prescription. They refuse to provide adequate supplies to their patients and the nurses do not visit on any schedule or regular basis. The management is not helpful in any way, these complaints have been presented to them and they do nothing. There are hundreds of home health agencies in Chicago - pick a different one!
