I have talked to several other camper owners and very few of them give favorable reviews on after-sales service to the dealerships from where they purchased their camper. I am writing this review because I have received very good service from Niemeyer Trailer Sales in Elko, MN. I am a fairly new camper owner (since August of 2018) and have only needed service on a couple of occasions, but when receiving that service, Niemeyer has consistently gone just beyond the basic repair to assure satisfaction. Yes, they like for you to bring your camper and leave it until they can work it into their repair schedule, (inconvenient at times) but I have not been disappointed in the results. That being said, they did accommodate my schedule for my first non-repair visit. It was to individually instruct and physically go through the winterizing process on my new camper. Individual accolades are also in order. For Barb, she is good about capturing what it is you want done and Jim is always good about follow-up at the time of pick-up. I felt it was high time a good camper dealer should get recognized for the commendable after-sale customer service they provide. Thanks, Niemeyer of Elko!
