We have served as co-bond counsel for the State of Wyoming since 1999 incident to the issuance of the State of Wyoming’s Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes for its general and education funds. These bonds have ranged from $105,000,000 to $165,000,000.



Mountain Cement Company, Albany County’s largest non-government employer is our client. Mountain Cement operates several quarries and a cement manufacturing plant. Because of the nature of its operations, Mountain Cement constantly interacts with Wyoming’s environmental quality and tax agencies, and with state and federal land management agencies, and we represent Mountain Cement before all agencies. We also represent Mountain Cement on contract, real property, minerals and employment matters. We have successfully litigated several matters for Mountain Cement, principally construction and contract disputes.




We represent In-Situ, Inc., a large firm that designs, manufactures and sells environmental monitoring equipment. In-Situ is also involved in in-situ mining projects through a subsidiary, Solution Mining, Inc. We represent In-Situ on a variety of legal issues, including contract, employment and litigation matters.


We also represent varied smaller businesses, ranging from area ranches (water rights, real property, estate planning), to high tech start ups evolving from University of Wyoming projects (business organization, contracts) to service companies (employment issues, construction disputes).


In addition to our local clients, we represent national and international clients on matters ranging from trademarks to property acquisition to environmental permitting when they conduct business in Wyoming.
