Students are able to develop to their fullest potential, whether they are beginners or world-class athletes. The development and achievement that takes place in karate training and competition carries into personal development outside karate.
Sensei Sanders has been practicing karate since 1982, and has a background in recreational therapy, education, and mental health counseling. He has utilized his skills to develop a program that is beneficial to all levels and abilities in order to help student’s obtain their individual goals, ranging from recreational to international competition.
In addition to our year-round non-competitive karate program we offer opportunities for competition at local, regional, national and international events which offer exciting and worthwhile experiences.
Students of NMSK have won over 30 gold medals in World FSKA Competitions.
Sensei Sanders has held numerous State, Regional and National Martial Arts Championship titles, and his accomplishments include:
