MISLED by concerned customer - 08/05/2008
WOULD A REPUTABLE BUSINESS REFUSE TO GIVE PAYING CUSTOMERS THE OWNER'S CONTACT INFO WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE. NEW HORIZONS in Orlando refused.-- Their false ad is running stating tuition is deferred up to 24 mos. But in reality, they do not offer that plan. The recruiter pitched us that false deferred plan but signed my fiance up with the one year deferred plan without our knowledge. I am my fiance's co-signer. When we complained about being misled, they just brushed us off. They do not handle complaints like they are concern. I feel that they treated us like once they got the tuition money, we did not matter any more. Before my fiance register for classes, he asked the recruiter will he be taught Win 98, ME and 2000. The recruiter told him yes. But he graduated from the program and was not taught the programs. They did not offer it during the day time but was not informed.
