Hi , my friend is having the same issues as everyone else. Terrible service and he wants to cancel, but can't even reach a provider, says line in no longer available. Can anyone on here tell me how they canceled their services? Please and thank you.

ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Out of 49 channels we SHOULD be receiving, we are now down to 29. Of course, we get the channels nobody ever watches! And this has been going on for well over a month. We lost 7 channels in one day. I've left numerous messages on each option and last time I called I noticed the recording has been changed to say "leaving multiple messages will only delay our response time". That was 10 days ago. Just how long does it take for them to call back? Oh, right - they don't. We plan on mailing in a payment for only the channels we receive and write "CANCEL OUR SERVICE" on the bill. Maybe then they'll call? ARE CABLE COMPANIES BECOMING EXTINCT?

THIS CABLE COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STAR RATING. ONE CANNOT REACH AN INDIVIDUAL IN SPITE OF ALL THE BUTTONS ONE PUSHES ON THE LAND PHONE. I MANAGED TO CONTACT AN EMILY WHO DID ANSWER MY COMPLAINT VIA E-MAIL. WHEN I RECEIVED THE BILL I ASKED FOR AN ADJUSTMENT SINCE 15 CHANNELS HAVE BEEN INOPERATIVE. FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS. NO RESPONSE. THE LOCAL NUMBER TO CALL IS NO LONGER IN USE. SHE HAD TO ASK ME TO SEND HER THE CHANNELS THAT WERE NON-EXISTENT. I RECOMMEND THAT FCC BE NOTIFIED ALONG WITH BBB WITH COMPLAINTS. TWO OF MY FRIENDS HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY ADJUSTMENT ON THEIR BILL AS THE COMPANY DOES NOT DO THAT UNLESS YOU ASK FOR IT. I EVEN SUGGESTED TO THE COMPANY THAT THEY ARE PROBABLY EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL PROBLEMS AND MAY BE CONTEMPLATING BANKRUPTCY~!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We have called them over 20 times over 3 months. No call back, no answers. The channels disappear on a day to day basis. This company is being run by a child out of his house clearly!!!!!!!! We can't even get ahold of them to cancel our service!!!!!!!! They are literally ruining our lives!!!!!
