Horrible arrogant people. Could care less about the properties they are hired to take care of. Shady practices an unskilled property managers. Practice selective fight enforcement and Bully residents on a regular basis. Charge high prices and fees deliver cheap services. This company should be ashamed of itself.

Impossible to get a hold of them by phone. no one ever picks up the phone, No voicemail set up. Horrible

This is the worst property management copy ever... end of story

This company has been managing our association for years. In order to get the basic matters dealt with, you have to call repeatedly to get them done. There is always an excuse as to why matters cannot be managed timely or they put it back on the Home Owner's responsibility. They have forced my family and I to live in a miserable environment due to their great lack of accountability, integrity and ethics.
