    Great product, great price, great techs

    We just switched from Qwest internet and are so happy!###The operating system is small and unobtrusive. Techs are more than happy to answer all your questions in a way anyone can understand. Techs coming to your house are prompt, polite and well groomed.###Ordering their service was quick and easy. The customer service rep explained everything quickly and easily. Great people skills! I have always been a Click fan and now am a Net Venture fan as well.

    Net-Venture is a horrid ISP. Unreliable connection is an understatement; only to be underscored by the worst customer service than I have ever encountered. The only thing I will give them 1 credit for is the courtesy of their tech support people and the fact that I cannot give them zero.It seems tech support works from a menu. The drill goes as follows: reset your modem, blame the issue on the customers equipment, offer to sell you a new modem, offer (for a fee) to come to your home to "fix" the connection, blame the service interruption on Click Cable. (Click cable denied the allegation. Considering Click's stellar track record and courteous customer service, I am inclined to believe them.)Net-Venture bills for 3 months of FUTURE service. They do not pro rate for their numerous service interruptions. Outages are random, return eventually with or without a call to tech support.Some months ago, post a planned system upgrade (again without credit), our connection never came back onl

    Called customer service to work on a continuing problem with their phone service~ Could not hear the tec because the connection was so bad… They put me on hold and even the automated message was so bad that I couldn’t hear it~ How embarrassing!!! Why would anyone want to continue to do service with them??? Or even start one!!!I will tell everyone NOT even consider them if reliability is important to them. WAKE UP NET VENTURE YOUR PHONE SERVICE IS BRINGING YOU DOWN!!! Sorry~ Your newest lost customer….
