Probably 65% of our business is wedding receptions with the other 35% primarily high school dances. That’s rather significant because it’s the high school proms and homecomings that help us to stay current with the music and sharp. Consequently, we are very conditioned to accepting lengthy song lists from clients, while other DJ’s might sometimes be reluctant.

All of our jobs are contracted. This is for your protection as well as ours. The one-page contract form is very basic and easy to understand.

The way it works is we obtain all the contract information from clients by phone. Then we mail out a contract. It's enclosed with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, so all that needs to be done is to read through the contents of the contract, sign it, and slip a $100 check for the deposit; that secures your date.

Two weeks prior to your date, if we haven't heard from you, then we call you. We update information and make any changes to finalize all the details; this way you don't have to worry about DJ stuff that last two hectic weeks before the wedding.

Around this time, a check for the remaining balance is usually sent out to us. We do require that the balance is paid before the day of the event.

Finally, Neon Nights also offers several video options. We can create still photo "montage" programs on DVD to be shown at the rehearsal dinner and the reception as part of the event's itinerary.
