Yes their rude and yes their kinda snotty but you gotta understand that these people have to deal with complete morons all day long! And they are not there for "customer service" thats not what they are providing. They are providing people with means to an end. They do their job and thats IT. they are not going to go out their way to do things for you, its YOUR JOB to get your stuff in order and YOUR JOB to make sure you keep up on what needs to happen. Its about you being responsible, they merely help you get up, you have to stay standing on your own. I thin kit was a great program, but people have problems understanding the purpose of it. They think everything should be handed to them and people should take care of everything. This place forces you to be responsible and if your not, then you fail. Simple as that.

I was so thankful to have had a smart real estate agent who steered me to NFC. My dream home was eligible for the $10,000 forgiveable loan, so I was able to fix major problems. Everyone at NFC was knowledgable, thorough, friendly, and easy to work with. Excellent program!

Not a welcoming place AT ALL! Very snotty attitudes, not helpful @ all and very deceptive. Don't waste the 25.00 application fee until you know the details, and good luck getting someone on the phone!!

Great credit score around 700, got 12,000 saved in the bank and they do not approve me because of timelines. They say you have to have 4 open accounts longer than a year. I guess being smart and paying down all your debt isnt a good idea with them. They are RUDE,more worried about their vacations and not about helping des moines folks. Anytime you call them, you can hear it in their voices, your a bother too them. POOR customer skills Karen. A total waste of 25.00 on the application. Seriously ive never seen a more rude and unwelcome place. Just another case of people getting paid good and only worrying about themselves.
