The prices are high. The staff is rude and/or indifferent. You better like what you bought because you're stuck with it. Even if it's junk and breaks within hours of buying it. If you argue this policy you will be asked to leave and not return. You'll get more for your monet and far better service from Amazon. Stay away from these awful people.
Good alternative to the Dealer

NMC Parts sells good aftermarket parts and assy. and for "knock-off" items their price is fair. However, beware of what you buy, because for the most part you get what you pay for. I shop often at NMC Parts but I get all my "key" items from the Harley Dealer. Note also that NMC Parts charges 20% when you return something no matter how long you've had it or why you're returning it. They don't tell you that when you buy something but it is on the receipt. I think this return charge is too high and they would be wiser if they gave you a choice of paying the 20% or getting a full store credit. Anyway, NMC Parts is a fair retailer that sells decent stuff for a decent price.
Stopped in from out of town

We are from KC MO and stopped in on a 3 day trip to Omaha. There are lots of things in this store so allow yourself some time if you are simply brousing. I purchased some clearance gloves and a windshield pouch. The gal behind the counter was very helpful when I was looking for a specific jacket patch. We are glad we stopped in and will return if we are ever in Omaha again.
Needed A Seat ASAP!!

I needed a rear seat for my '06' dyna low rider and they had one cheaper than anyone else, and can get it to me when i wanted, these people are awesome & very polite! they helped me out when noone else would, their not only a company i'd reffer to others, but my new found friends, Thanks NMP!!

Multiple purchases and two tires installed....couldn't be more satisfied...Have had no negative and would recomend them to anyone and have!!! Headed there today.
Rude and Not Helpful

I generally give businesses â especially local â a second chance. Two bad experiences in a row have convinced me not to do business at NE Motorcycle Parts. The first experience was a refusal to return a pair of gloves after only 1 hour of use. I rode home with the gloves, decided they were too tight and requested an exchange for a size larger but was received a quick and rude refusal. The second experience was (polite) request to come closer on price to an online retailer for a battery. The owner â Marvin â could not get me off the phone quick enough. In fact, he hung up on me. (I even offered to pay 15% more than the online price!) Local businesses have two potential advantages to online retailers â personal customer service and the ability to see/touch/purchase on site. I will be buying from NE Motorcycle Partsâ online competition going forward.
NMP is the best, don't believe any of the nonsense telling otherwise!

Nebraska Motorcycle Parts is hands down the best in town and the staff there is caring and knowledgable. From some of the negative comments on here, it sounds like someone is disgruntled about being let go for not doing their job they were hired to do. Now they obviously have nothing better to do than to spend their days trying to badmouth, when they probably should be out looking for a job instead. I guess that's what this world has come to, and the sad thing is, us taxpayers are paying for people like her to sit around and badmouth the rest of the legitimately hard working people in the world who are willing to do the hard work that needs done. Oh well, if you're looking for M/C parts, this is the place to go, I will continue doing my business there, due to the best prices in town!

I hope they fired the cashier who ignored me to talk on her cell phone! The prices here can't be beat and most of the staff is helpful and courteous.

Man someone is upset because they got fired. I remember your daughter and would wait till she wasn't at the counter. never saw anyone that wanted to check out with her. As for the owner just because someone walks around looking upset doesn't mean they are upset. I thought the same thing until he helped me and was very knowledgeable. The guys are for real in the parts department and gives you they're opinion.

I stopped by Sunday at noon and found they are notopen Sundays until next Spring!
