NTB in Pearland did a fantastic job on my car today. I scheduled an appointment online to have 4 tires installed and an oil change for a 10 am appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early and was greeted by two very friendly and professional associates. We discussed what I was there for and they promptly started on my car. The tires were installed by a great tech and the work was completed promptly and professionally. My total bill was exactly what I expected it to be, and was the best price I could find in a 40 mile area.

There were several issues with my car (most I was already aware of) and the Service Manager Gary came and spoke with me and told me that he would print out an itemized list of the work that should be done. Never once did he push me to do the repairs, he simply educated me about what was needed.

I went home and checked my records for past work at the shop I have been going to for the past 10 years and found that NTB would have saved me a significant amount of money. I am glad that I did not read the reviews on this site prior to going to NTB, or I might have missed out on this excellent experience.

I would highly recommend NTB in Pearland and giving them the opportunity to win you over. I will continue to return to this shop as they treated me with respect, did an exceptional job, work was completed quickly, and made the transaction as easy as possible for me. Great staff.

As a female, I was highly insulted by the mistreatment I received at this facility. My car was at the shop for 4 hours for an alignment that I thought they performed. Within a few minutes of driving, I noticed that the car drove the same way as when I dropped it off. The mechanic told me that the car needed wheel bearings. However, I checked with my mechanic who had just completed suspension work and told me all I needed to do was an alignment. I have an alignment warranty and NTB's service would have been free. However, I was refused because I did not get them to complete over 300.00in repairs. At the same time of my issue, another female and her elderly mother had an issue with their alignment as well. I ended up taking it to another NTB along with my mechanic and they performed the work without any questions- and did an excellent job. Unfortunately ladies, bringing a man along with you really helps. When I called to file a complaint, the manager, Tim, apologized. There was no offer for compensation for my time, inconvenience and for their blatant sexist behavior. This is actually the second time that they have tried to sell me repairs that I did not need. They have lost a customer because I do not trust them. .

I took my car to the NTB at 9605 Broadway Street in Pearland, Texas to have the tire pressure checked. My car was at the store for 2 hours and when I picked it up I made the mistake of not doing a walk around to assess for damage. I drove the car directly home and placed it in the garage where it remained for 2 days. When I next drove my car I noticed a large scrape on the fender over the tire in which NTB had worked. I notified NTB of the damage immediately and they refused to accept responsibility, stating that they had not damaged the vehicle. I filed a claim with their insurance but the claim was declined since I did not report the damage prior to leaving the store. The manager Tim Dull was rude and less than helpful as was the area manager Mr. Britton. I have spent thousands of dollars at NTB over the years, many at this location, but NTB has lost a customer. The lesson I learned was to always inspect my vehicle for damage prior to leaving a business as businesses seem to be interested in only money and not customer care.
