Nathan Miller is a great attorney and has been able to quickly and efficiently handle all of my legal needs for operating my business. He responds quickly, has drafted and reviewed numerous contracts and other legal documents for me and is very professional. He also handled the sale of one of my companies and the transaction closed very smoothly. I'm always impressed by his legal mind and ability to simplify complex situations and really focus on the issues that really matter. I would definitely recommend attorney Nathan Miller.
Helped me get my business started

I decided it was time to open my own business and was referred to Mr. Miller by a friend. I had no idea how much paperwork was involved in getting a small corporation started and Mr. Miller helped me through every part of the process. He answered all my questions and made the process a lot less painful than it would have been if I had tried it on my own. His fees were reasonable and because of the personal attention he gave my situation I will definitely use him again in future business transactions.

I had never used an attorney before but when my father died and I had to probate his estate I found Mr. Miller and he was fantastic to work with. He was very helpful in walking us through the probate process. We met him at his office, he gave us a free consultation, and answered all of our questions. He helped take care of our case in a timely manner and was always more than willing to answer any of our questions and take care of any of our concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

As an accountant, I have worked with Nate Miller on a number of mutual clients. His insight and understanding of the legal landscape is a great asset for my clients.
Took my money and lost my case
by Loosing Effort , 08/04/2009
I met with Nathan and one of his associates in an initial attempt to see if I had a good case. Nathan assured me that I had a good case, he then told me that he didn't know why his name was with the "Tuesday Night Bar" service and refused to cut me any slack in my consultation costs. We then discussed the retainer fee which was set to be $2000, and again Nathan comforted me by saying, it's very rare to use up all of that fee, and chances are you'll get it back. We agreed to the fees and Nathan let me know he was starting on my case. Nathan assigned another attorney to my case and stepped back. My new attorney had troubles remembering my name as he stood in front of the judge stumbling over his own words. I lost my case.5 months go by and Nathan's office sends me a bill saying that I owe more money. I was disappointed with the service, and felt like they didn't give me the personalized attention that i was promised.
