1 Patients Beware by Gloria - 12/08/2014

DR. MONACO. WAY OVER PRICED! $200 for a cash paying customer with no insurance, for a quick ten minutes, to check for a bladder infection? Urine sample went to a lab and I didn't receive a call from the nurse with my test results? I left two voicemails and no call back? Four days later... I had to call the lab myself and after I faxed a patient release form, I finally got my test results? DON'T GO!

5 Doctor Brogan is the best and has great bedside Manners and really listens to what you say . by JOhnson - 03/21/2014

Most Doctors rush you in and out , Dr Brogan took her time and made it to were I could understand the visit.

2 Really bad office employees by Naples - 08/01/2013

The Doctors is a GREAT doctor but that is once you get past the incompetent employees! Half the time they have no idea what is going on or one of them is going out to have a cigarette. Plain and simple they are VERY unprofessional and dont really know much about the medical field. That is one of the main reasons I left to find a new doctor.

1 Wrong diagnosis by Dorothy - 07/05/2013

I had a problem so I did schedule appointment to see a doctor ,but to my surprise instead of doctor I got a nurse First she told me that everything is ok then when I did explained to her what is I was taking about she diagnose me with utinery fibroids I have no insurance so the visit was over $300 After that I was taking medication for that but I wasn't getting better so I went to see another doctor .End up being that I don't have a fidroids I do have a polyp on my utirus and have to have surgery .I wasted money for medication that I didn't need it ..I would not recommend that clinic That happens at the Estero location

5 Very wonderful staff by Camille27 - 01/18/2013

I have been going to this location for the past few years and I'm a patient of Dr. Thompson's. He delivered my one and only child and was my doctor the entire time. He never sent me to another doctor and he was at the hospital within the hour doing my C-section when I started labor. He was very understanding of my previous health complications and left my birth plan up to me, supporting me with what I felt was best for my body and my baby. I love them and could not ask for a better OB/GYN

1 I would only go back if he were the last doctor on earth and I didn't mind being lied to again by Roadrunr1985 - 03/05/2012

Dr. Dent came highly recommended as I was having very terrible female problems, and needed an answer asap, with regards to cost, as I have no insurance. At my first visit, everyone was very wonderful, and Dr. Dent and his nurse Jenni went into detail about my problems and costs and treatment. My bill for that day was over $400.00, that hurt, but I left feeling relief and feeling cared for as a patient. My second visit was an emergency visit, of course, more problems. While in the room I stated that I still did not have a lot of money, so please keep the costs/tests low. Also I had concerns that nurse Jenni never returned my phone calls between the appointments regarding test results from the first time, she didn't even offer an appology, just said "We're really busy here". (Yeah, you're 9-4 schedule 4 days a week must be tough). I left that appointment and paid $60.00, thinking that was it. Then 2 weeks later I get a bill from quest diagnostics for $463.00! For the tests that Dr. D
