My power went out and my generator did not start, good thing the power was only off for 2 hours.The next day I called Naples Generator, I got a voicemail but they callback right away within 1hour, they showed up on the same day, they had the parts in the truck and fix it on the spot.It took the technician only 15 minutes to find the problem and another 15 minutes to fixed it:))))You can tell that they do only generatos.Really professional, polite and clean too:)))
