New Update 4/22/19: Still a leak in our brand new hot tub. Third time we have requested that they come out to fix it. Each time it has to be emptied, refilled, new chemicals put in (at our cost of course), re heated. Still waiting for them to acknowledge our message that the hot tub is still leaking. Embarrassing when people come to go in the hot tub and you have to pull out a hose to fill it. Now, the owner is telling the BBB that my complaint is with Naperville Pool Construction and not Naperville Pool and Spa. Same company. If you go to Naperville Pool Construction's FB page and click on their link to their website site, guess where it takes you?

Update 4/13/19: On top of the negative experience I have had with this company's owner, today after seeing one of my negative reviews about him, I got an email from the owner, Scott, telling me that because I had a different pool service come out to educate us on our pool (because they never did), our warranty for our brand new pool and hot tub can be void. And the reason they emailed us this is because we have a leak in our brand new hot tub that we have to have them keep coming out to address. Google the company before using them yourselves. It is a majority of bad reviews.

ORIGINAL POST: I just asked the owner of this company to please get out of my house and never step foot back. Everyone we have dealt with has been rude. He is so shady and so rude and argumentative. I was charged $4,000 beyond what we were quoted for this project in the end. Demanding money over and over and right now as I type we still have someone here working on it. I gave the man his final payment and told him to leave my house and never come back. I still don't have the chemicals for the pool they were supposed to give us. I am sure at this point if they gave them to us they would leave us a bill for $1,000 more for them. Doesn't matter what says included on the quote. You will get charged for it after.

My family and I have had Naperville Pool & Spa put a beautiful pool in for us with a gorgeous rock waterfall. My experience with Naperville Pool & Spa was phenomenal. Scott, the owner, was friendly, attentive and delivered all of my specific needs on my dream pool. I have referred many of my neighbors and friends to him and will continue to do so.
