After getting the "car sales treatment I went to Nanas . Spotted a king size bed cheaply priced . The worker there had no hesitation when I wanted to buy it and load it in my small truck . Personally my experience was very pleasant and was very inpressed by the efficient way the took care of loading it . The bed was huge , I was pleased and will go back .

If I could give a 0,I would. Sheila....spoken like the owner of the store...or at least one of her friends. The furniture is less than mediocre quality and the person answering the phone is extremely rude. Save yourself a headache and buy your furniture from Big Lots. Same quality and when it breaks, at least you won't get cussed at when you call to talk to someone.

Great customer service! No it is not an expensive furniture store. You get good quality furniture (new and used) at great prices! They do not accept returns nor give refunds but it is posted all over the store. Because they sell cheaper furniture then name brand stores it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the items they are purchasing. If an item is delivered and the person calls a week later and says it is damaged is that Nana's Attics fault? How do they know who damaged it? I will continue to buy furniture from them. I will inspect my items before buying them like they tell you to.

***Buyer Beware! Don't ever purchase anything from Nana's Attic in Denison. I bought two new dressers for my children's rooms that the owner had to pick up from a furniture dealer in Dallas. When the owner and her husband delivered them he had put them together and had them wrapped in plastic wrap. They set them in our kids rooms and because we were in the middle of moving all of our stuff into our new home, I didn't unwrap them until a few days later. When I unwrapped them the 2 bottom drawers of one of the dressers fell out and wouldn't even stay on the tracks. Also, the entire dresser feels like it could fall apart if you poked it with your pinky finger. So, of course I called the second I realized this was dangerous for my children and needed to be returned. The owner yelled at me on the phone and told me that I forget about getting my money back because that was never going to happen. Then she proceeded to tell me good luck with my crappy dresser and that she knew it was a piece of junk when she sold it to me and hung up on me. Please do not give these people any business and repost this around Grayson County so that others can be saved the same fate as me. I feel like I just flushed over 300.00 of my hard earned money down the drain for 2 pieces of garbage.
