I looked at their website and called to ask about one of the arrangements I had seen. I was told that what the website showed didn't help him, but he was on his computer, and he would look. Came back with he didn't have this flower or that flower, and what would I like? I gave him some colors and said I would like a $55 bouquet, he said he could make a nice one for that price. It was delivered the next day as promised and I was sent a picture of the arrangement from the business, and a thank you. I was a little taken back, thought there should be more to it, but oh well. The charge on visa appeared and the cost was $67 plus change. On the website it says that most deliveries are eight something in their delivery area. Both businesses are downtown, and that was my whole reason for choosing local. Well, the florist is happy, oh well. Between the customer service and the feeling that I was charged too much, I will never deal with this business again. However, I will not give up on buying local, just take the reviews more seriously!

I had great customer service. The gentleman that helped me over the phone was very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped me order a corsage last minute for prom and was happy to do so. Thanks for saving us in a pinch.

Don't appear to appreciate long distance calls from people who don't know the area and want to order two arrangements. The man who answered the phone was rather disengaged with the entire ordering process. Put me on hold for quite awhile so either he or I "could figure it out..." and when I mentioned that I wasn't impressed with how I was feeling about his service...got the impression it didn't matter. Will never call them again. Found a lovely person who took my order willingly. Rose Petals...skip these folks.

Website is beautiful, so I decided to call the store number. The person that picked up had horrible customer service skills, and told me that the flowers would look NOTHING like the site at all, did not want me to ask him questions, and told he has been doing this for 65 years and to trust him to make a beautiful bouquet (out of flowers I wasnt interested in).CUSTOMER SERVICE RATING: 1 out of 5 starsDelivery took them within minutes of 8 hours from the placed call, (Which was 30 min. after opening). Although I waited for a while, When the bouquet arrived it was a very beautiful arrangement of flowers that fills my apartment with a beautiful scent. Whether you shop online or go into the store you will love the selection and price! I ordered flowers online at 3:30am and they were delivered by 10:00am the same day! The arrangement was beautiful and looked exactly like the picture. However, if you go into the store you will have so much more to choose from. They do a great job at a great price and you will not be disappointed.
