Came in for the first time for a mani/pedi. During the pedi, the technician jams the tool under my cuticle and it starts bleeding. It keeps bleeding and really hurts. The longer I let her continue the more nervous I become that I am going to get an infection. I tell her after 10 min that I think she should just stop and I am going to leave. Her answer when she sees the blood was, "You must be a runner, because people who run, their cuticles bleed." I tell her no. I never run. I get up to leave and she immediately goes to the next client. I tell the owner at the desk that she cut my foot and I am bleeding and I don't want to continue. His wife yells over to me, "Let me see it." She never gets up from what she is doing. She expects me to walk to her. I show her and she says that happens to everyone and not to worry about it. I said, it really hurts, it is still bleeding and how would you like this to happen to you? This is my first time here and my impression is not very good.'' This wife says, "just go, we don't need you as a customer." I am just in awe that she is speaking to me like this. I related my complaint quietly to the owner, her husband. Now everyone in the shop is staring and listening. So disappointed. I pray I don't get an infection. Applying different types of antibiotic ointments, just the same. Don't go here.

I've been getting my nails and toes done here for 10+ years. The entire staff is fabulous!
