Most of the staff does a good job on nails. There are a few that did a horrible job but most are good. Unfortunately if you do a walk in, you do not know what you will get. When I found someone that consistantly did a good job I began making reservations for her. The wait would be a half hour or more even with a reservation. To me this is unacceptable. The wait without a reservation was about the same. What's the point in having a reservation?!? Because of this I am giving a bad review and unfortunately will look for another salon that understands the importance of time.

Awful service and awful results.

Was charged $22 for a fill, I paid with my check-card, and included an $8 tip which made the total amount $30. The next day, my online bank record reflected that 'Nail Crew' had adjusted my check-card transaction an additional $15. I called my bank and learned that the additional $15 was split between the nail-fill cost and the tip. My bank's fraud department issued me a new check-card, then recovered the total amount for both the initial and adjusted transactions.



Needless to say, I never went back.
