Hi madrona moms! There was a posting for a computer repairman called "My Remote Repair"- www.myremoterepair.com and I wanted to let everyone know that I used him and within a couple of hours and for $75 he fixed my computer like new! He lives in Colorado and does it remotely but was fantastic and I would use again. He is the brother of one of our Madrona Moms. We have enjoyed a great working relationship with Garry for many years with a variety of minor computer needs. But after a recent lightening storm (which actually hit our house) I thought our computer was dead for sure. Garry not only restored our main computer (with all the files intact) but ran checks on our lap tops and made needed adjustments which allowed us to resume all of our regular operations in a timely manner. I would, and have recommended Garry to friends and family members and would not think of contacting anyone else when I have questions about my computer!!

Drowned My Laptop by Consultant in Denver - 06/17/2009
Returning late on a Friday night from a week-long business trip, a bottle of water was in my briefcase with my laptop in the overhead of the plane. When I unpacked on Saturday, my laptop was soaked and "hosed." All my reports from the week were GONE and I was sick. Garry arranged to pick up/drop off my laptop. He couldn't save the "machine" but was able to recover everything from the hard drive and transfer the contents to the new laptop I purchased. He's "managed" all my computer mishaps since that incident two years ago and is on my speed dial.........don't know how I lived without his services.

My computer was very very sick. I was ready to trash it and go out and buy a new one. A friend recommended that I call Remote repair, and I did. Garry Robinson fixed it for a very reasonable charge. I did not have to bring it in to them and leave it for a week, like other repair services require. My computer works like it was new!Once you work with Garry you won't want to work with anyone else to repair your computer.

Anyone that requires help with computer issues deserves to connectwith Garry Robinson. His knowledge is unsurpassed. What a great way to solve your computer problems, over the phone with someonethat knows their stuff. I would recommend his services to anyone.He is patient and pleasant to deal with. Thanks, Garry

I've worked with My Remote Repair for about 2 years now. Great response time, honest and realistic about what they can (or can't) do. I love that they can do so much of the work remotely. Minimal interference with the work day. Highly recommend them!

I've used Neighborhood PC for my computer upgrades and maintenance in my law practice with very good results, but the job they did when I bought a new computer, getting that up and going, moving all my data, and reimaging my old computer for home use was exceptionally well done, quickly, and at a very reasonable price. Another plus was the fact that all of the work was done remotely and I had very little down time on my new machine. I highly recommend Neighborhood PC to all computer users.
