This program is a life saver to those who have made wrong decisions and want to change their lives for the better. The staff is generally knowledgable and really look after the clients living within their half-way houses. They do extensive background checks on the clients they take into their homes and are trying their hardest to make this a successful program. As a common visitor of these houses, I've had nothing but extreme pleasantries between myself and not only Abdul, but the rest of the administrative staff of the company. I would assume the only reason anyone would have a problem with the staff or clients is most likely because that person, in reality, is the one that attacks them from their third story window of the eye sore they call a house with racial slurs and mental slanders to provoke the already on edge clients and staff. No, this program is not perfect, and you will get those clients who abuse the generosity of this program, but as one who's seen the wonders that this program provides for their clients, including job searching, a chance to return to school, a safe place for them to reside if they have no where else to turn to, there is just no way that I wouldn't want to put our well earned tax dollars to this program. As a matter of fact, this program might actually be better if they didn't have to put all of their focus on a nuisance of a neighbor with nonsensical threats and claims when this neighbor is the one who is devaluing the neighborhood with his dump of a backyard and home.
