Alti livelli nella gestione del kit da me spedito (velocità e offerta di numerosi dettagli). Non mi é stato facile trovare il modo di contattare il Centro Assistenza quando ho avuto problemi con il secondo kit (era stato smarrito nella spedizione, quindi mai arrivato a MyHeritage), ma appena la cortese Miss Shayli ha ricevuto la mia mail, mi è stato prestato immediato soccorso con moltissima attenzione, fino alla soluzione, credo decisa dalla Casa, di farmi pervenire gratuitamente un kit sostiutivo che risolvesse definitivamente ogni difficoltà. Un servizio ineccepibile.

I signed up in this website while casually surfing the internet just to try to see what exactly it does, what kind of services I could get. However, I've spent just like a minute there, because I had some other urgent stuff to do and completely forgot about it. Several weeks later I have noticed that I was charged around 120 euros for an annual membership. I contacted customer support to explain the situation that I was unaware of the billing and that I didn't intend to apply for annual subscription. I asked if it would be possible to at least get some money back, because I won't be using their services in the future, because I don't really need it, I just wanted to try it out. They responded quick and were really helpful and understanding. Few days later I have received full refund.

Since I made a mistake in accepting discripancies in the plausibility check which I couldn't track and reverse I asked the German support for help. The presented approach for correction was clever and efficiently. The lady at the phone guided me very friendly and patiently step by step through the process and she gave me the necessary hints to proceed in a safe and reliable way. I'm impressed by the quality of the support and I appreciate your work very much

I received a e-mail from Myheritage with a offer of 50% discount to renew my plan.

As I was interested in the new feature "myheritage in color", I resolved renew my plan. In the options plans page, there was nothing saying about any limit in "myheritage in color", so I chose the "PremiumPlus" plan.

After coloring some pictures, the website no longer allowed me to use this application, always redirecting me to the options plans page. After contacting support, I found out that there was a restriction of coloring only 10 photos for free.

If I had known that there was such a restriction, I would have chosen the "complete" option when I received the 50% discount offer.

so, I immediately contacted the sales department and asked to change my plan to "complete", but considering that this restriction was not written on the website, much less on the plan options page, I wanted to get the same discount 50% for the "complete" plan and pay only the difference compared to what I had already paid.

To my surprise, myheritage ([email protected]) was adamant about repairing the mistake they made, with a rude and unprepared service.

I have been a customer of this tool for a long time, with hundreds of records from various families that I found after a lot of research. The customers are who add value to the website with all the information that is registered into the system. This is what attracts new customers.

With this terrible service that tries to make the customer silly all the time with this price game (ridiculous strategy of throwing the price up and then giving it a discount to convince the customer that it is an unmissable opportunity), they managed to turn a loyal customer into an outraged customer!

Unethical. Once you sign on, it's impossible to cancel. They refuse to provide a point of contact to speak with. The best thing is to never initiate doing business with them.

These people took money from my debit card in the amount of $74.99. They claimed that I ordered their service. I did no such thing. I had never heard of them before. I did NOT accept a one week free trial from them. I never accessed or used their service. They refuse to speak on the phone and only do business by email. I will report them to the police and file a lawsuit in the state of Utah against them. They will lose because I have irrefutable evidence that they unlawfully took money from me.
