David Groom fitted me with the latest and greatest hearing instruments for my hearing loss, and I left My Hearing Centers excited to proceed. David promised to follow-up with me no later than the end of the week (I saw him on Tues.). Long story short, I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. No phone call, email, voicemail, etc. I was shocked this was adult behavior, but given there are so many forms of communication - just no excuse!!! For that reason, I recommend Robyn Edgson at Hearing Assoc. of Las Vegas for a true professional.

Attended a seminar and signed up for a hearing test. I now have hearing aids and David is very helpful and patient with any questions
