*Well Woman Checks and Maximizing Health Strategies

Our most important focus is you. We dedicate ourselves to listening to your concerns, and together we create a personalized treatment plan based on your overall health and well-being.

*Minimally Invasive Approaches to Abnormal Bleeding

There are many things that can lead to abnormal bleeding. These range from structural problems like polyps and fibroids, to hormonal imbalances, like metabolic syndrome and Peri-menopause. Treatments for abnormal bleeding include the Mirena IUD and the Her Option procedure. Keep in mind, an endometrial biopsy may be necessary to properly evaluate any abnormal bleeding.


*Abnormal Pap Smears & Dysplasia

Abnormal pap smears have become a very common issue for women in part, because of an epidemic of HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) infections.You should understand that abnormal pap smears are not necessarily something to worry about. For women with a mildly abnormal pap smear (known as atypia) who are also either positive for a high risk of HPV, or who have any type of dysplasia, colposcopy is recommended.


*Bio-identical Hormone Replacement

As women and health care providers, we know that the onset of Peri-menopause and menopause can be a welcome time for some, but a difficult time for others. Our approach to hormone therapy is developed in consultation with academic physicians from major research universities who are at the cutting edge of contemporary medicine.


*Contraception & Birth Control

We have a large variety of birth control methods and medications available to us. When you visit the office, we will go over your options, including various birth control pills, the Nuva Ring, barrier methods like the diaphragm, Implanon and IUDs.

Today we are able to perform state-of-the-art procedures in the comfort and privacy of our office - including an option for anesthesia during procedures. This allows you to avoid hospitalization and saves time and expense.
