Beyond what is expected... by Taylor and Belle - 11/12/2009Murrayhill is OUTSTANDING! I have two beautiful labs, who are my babies and a HUGE part of my family, at Murrayhill they are treated as just that! I see Dr. Goodman and he is truly kind hearted and cares for my babies, he walks in gets on their level and shows them some love. He is gentle and kind and takes the time to answer my MILLION questions. I am beyond passionate about my girls, I care about their well being above all else. You can always call Murrayhill, they are friendly and helpful and willing to listen to all questions and give advice, help make appointments and anything that comes up! Taylor the baby in my bunch, who is 8 months old just went through her spay, Dr. Goodman explained ALL aspects of the surgery to me, called me every step of the way on surgery day and was so helpful and put my nerves at ease. Excellent by Crickett - 06/17/2009It finally came time I had to put my kitty down due to a rapidly growing tumor...I was regretting this day, but knew it would come. I called Murray Hill where I had taken her in the past because I knew it was time, it was the day. They were booked up for appointments, but when I indicated why I wanted to come in..no questions asked they squeezed me in. My husband and I took our kitty to a nice room, sat on the couch and spent our last moments with her. Dr Goodman was kind, compassionate and explained everything that would be taking place. It was the kindest and most respectful way I could have imagined letting my best friend of 9 years go. I have no regrets, the staff handled everything so kindly. I hope I don't have to put another pet down in my lifetime, but if I do...I know where to go to get the best care. Thank you Dr Goodman.(I miss you Emily)
Hands Down, best care I've ever received anywhere.... by KSA - 03/21/2008I was referred to Murrayhill as I just moved here and felt I should pass on my good fortune. What an amazing group of people. I have four pets and I'm self admitted neurotic about them. All my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. They followed up a few days later and I asked even more questions. I started my pets on new diets and did baseline tests on my senior guy and gal. I'm glad I did. An unknown thyroid problem was discovered and this is why he has most likely put on so much weight. I am excited to know that I can do lots of things to help them live longer, healthier lives. I saw Dr. Goodman and met two of the other doctors and lots of the staff during a tour. Really friendly, helpful staff and nice facility.
WOW! by Rube - 03/11/2008I had my cat to three different places before I came here. None of them could figure out what was wrong with her. I spent lots of money at all those other clinics. Dr. Zambelli got to the root of the problem fast. I know that if I'd come here first my cat would have returned to her old self sooner, suffered less and it would have cost me much less. You get what you pay for. You can tell that they have the finest people here... intelligent, truly compassionate and caring. Excellent facility too.
