WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN by panamaraw - 11/23/2009This was the WORST buying experience I have ever had. We found 4 cars online that we wanted to look at, when we got there, not one of them were on their lot. One they didn't even know where it was, 2 were already sold and the other one had the wrong pics and info on the website. We find another one we like, they give us a price and then say, "oh, by the way these wheels and tires won't be on it." So we let that go and then we just got one lie after another. They told us to go get lunch and they would call within 45 min. Of course, no call, so we call them and they tell us they have been too busy. Oddly enough, while we were there for 4 hours, there were hardly any customers and all the employees were standing around with nothing to do. We were there on Saturday, it is now Monday evening and after being told at least 4 times they would call us back, they never have yet. I finally call them and once again all they can say is how busy they are.
