These people are complete criminals. Classic bate and switch on quote for work done. They damaged my outboard while working on my boat and then forced me to pay them to troubleshoot WHAT THEY BROKE. Then the person working on the boat didn't have a clue what was wrong and told me that it would require them removing the engine and several hours of labor. It turns out when they slammed my outboard into the doc while working on it, it disconnected a cable for the transmission and was a 5 min fix by my mechanic. I will NEVER go to this place again and will WARN everyone i talk to for marine service. They treated us like we were idiots. They should try selling used cars for a living instead. They kept telling us how busy they were like they didn't have time for us and this was an appointment that was made a month in advance. AVOID this place at all costs. These people are very DISHONEST and we are filing a formal complaint with the BBB.
