Extremely over-priced. I used them for repair in my small business. The repairman they sent out charges $100 per hour and is slow and super rude. He actually left without fixing the machine and then came back the next day and we were charged another service charge. To make matters worse, they installed parts into the machine that were not broken and not needed, refused to take the unnecessary new parts out and we ended up with a $1000+ bill and an un-repaired machine. We contacted the office and asked for a reduction in fees or at least that they take back the unnecessary parts and they refused.Rude, over priced, poor quality of work, terrible customer service. borderline scam artists. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere as they are not the repair people you should seek,

DO NOT Waste your time with this outfit!!!!!They never return a call!!!!!On 3 occasions I called about buying an appliance and was told well So and So is not here but ill have him call you!3 TIMES!!!!!! No return call!!!Don't waste your time with this place!!!!Imagine how the service must be if you actually did buy from here!!!!
