They suck professionally, I consider them the worst realtor company of all time and you can say they are what you call slum lords. They take advantage of all type of families including military families basically wanting you to rent your property for a year that may or may not include damages, then they will try to make you fix it only to evict you if you choose not to fix the damages that should’ve already been fixed before you even moved in and on top on that, they even let my neighbor’s tree fall in the backyard which nearly fell on top of the house despite numerous calls to have it chopped down and removed from the backyard before it falls and possibly hurts somebody. Till this day, my neighbors across from me still have the remains from the trees in their yard meanwhile the fences are damaged and the realtor company refused to put another fence back up let alone clean up the remains from the fallen tree. Bottom line if you see Mulder Realty anywhere involved in your housing opportunities, I suggest that you avoid it I promise you it will be the worst decision of your life as far as buying a house

This is the worst place I have ever rented from. They do not want to fix anything, and when they do decide to they send out people that half way do their job. They do not like answering the phones, or opening their office up on time, but they want you to have your rent paid on time. They need to be put out of business. They have really bad attitudes when you have a problem with the place you are renting. Then when you move out they do now want to give you your security deposit that you have paid. They will have up all type of lies to feed you about why you cant have it back. You basically have to go get a lawyer to get a security deposit back. I suggest that you find someone else because these people are just money hungry and do not care about the people they lease to.
