This establishment called me to determine my satisfaction with a recent repair done on a Riccar vacuum. I told the lady that the repairs were done, but I thought the price was way out of line and that i would in the future find somewhere else for repairs. The owner is not friendly and acts very condensing if you question his repair recommendations/bull----! He treats you the customer like the Soup-Nazis owner in the Senfield series. The owner called me back a short time later and proceeded to berat me as to my comments about my past repair experience. Our final resolution was that he did not want me to patron his business ever again!!!! What a horse's ---!!!!!!! Go to anyone else, not this blowhard!!!!!!

I took my sewing machine here and paid a larfe fee to have it fixed. It still did not work and I took it back 3 times and was treated lkie I was an imbecile. I did nothing to the sewing machine and it still will not fill a bobbin. The service people are rude and uncaring whether they fis it or not.

I bought a new canister vacuum cleaner from Mr. Vac. I love my new machine and didn't find it at any of the regular stores like Best Buy, Target, Walmart, etc. The representative was very helpful. I needed a vacuum cleaner for mostly bare floors and area rugs. If I had not gone into Mr. Vac., I would ended up buying the wrong kind of vacuum for twice the money. I'm so happy with my vacuum cleaner. It is a great machine at a great price. THANKS for the helpful service.

They know their products inside and out. Larry and the staff are great and extremely helpful in providing me with the information I need to make the best decision. Not only do they have a huge selection but they also have the lowest prices in town. They even beat out Costco.######If you need a vacuum, get it here.######2 thumbs up!!
