We brought our 2007 tacoma 4wd in for tires and we thought an alignment was also need being that the steering wheel was shimmying back and forth and the truck was pulling to the left. I asked them for a price on tires and if they would test drive it to see what was wrong with the front end. Long story short, tires and alignment needed. They threw in a free oil change with the tires. While they had the truck, they called us and told us that it needed front brakes as well, do it. We picked it up at the end of the day 7/21/2018. I drove it home, better but still out of alignment, too late to take it back, you would think that the mechanic that got grease on the interior door handle would have noticed a problem on the 2nd test drive, nope, "here's your truck". The following Monday 7/23/2018 my wife takes it back on her day off to get it fixed for the second time. She sits there for 2 hours, only to have it pull the other way on the way home. You would think that the customer that spent 1250.00 dollars the previous Saturday would get a prompt response, nope, 2 hours she sat there. The truck has been sitting till today 7/30/2018 because I didn't want the tires to be damaged. I took the truck to Haig`s alignment in North Hollywood this morning. The truck has never driven this well. 65.00. Mountain View...79.95. I drove straight to Mountain View and told the manager what happened this morning, he just gives me a blank stare and starts looking through old invoices, this is after I showed him the invoice. Then he starts to question me about the place I had just been and where's the printout? Printout? What printout? I ask him. Then he tells that the specs are in the computer, where's the printout? Was there a printout 30 years ago? No. Alignment is alignment. These people are hacks. I was told that Alan will give me a call in the next day or two. Really? I paid you as soon as the work was done not in a day or two. Anyway take your chances.

Great Job! Friendly employees, comfortable waiting area....plus they actually explained the work that needed to be done and reviewed all the options with me....wow!

I called these folks a while ago and they are extremely pushy. I am a guy, and the salesman kept trying to keep me on the phone, even though I said I would consider his quote, but look around. He insisted on coming immediately and not looking around, and this was an overall not fun experience.



Thus, unless you are very knowledgeable about cars, I do not recommend this place. I did not make any purchases from these people, due to what I am sure would be an awful experience with the sales persons. Keep in mind this was around 4 months ago, maybe the pushy guy is gone, but I am pretty sure he is a manager or owner. Call first if they have something you want, you'll find out if they are still like this.
