Good service

I"ve used MRI for a number of years and they've been good. Sometimes the recycling comes by really early and I miss it. But I just call and they will come back. Friendly service and good pricing.

What is a Company That Can't Perform the Service They are Paid to Perform? Answer:MRI

by LaurenB , 10/03/2014

I pay for MRI to come pick up my recycling and trash once a week. At first it was just a every now and then that I'd find that they didn't come. This was frustrating but I assumed that I had maybe taken it out to late and just brought it back into my garage to be taken out the following week. This time they skipped my house 4 times in a row. Today I witnessed the person on duty stop at my house and then just drive away. I called MRI and the woman on the other line told me that I was checked off on whatever list those guys check off when they supposedly do their job. I told her that even though I was checked off the list my recycling and trash hadn't been picked up for weeks. Why? I pay my bill on time, I don't have trash overflowing out , I break down my boxes so they fit into the recycling box, why don't they actually pick it up that is so silly, they were right there! She replied that she did not know why and that they would pick it up next week. Are you kidding me? Why am I paying for a service that cannot perform what they are being paid to perform? I recommend anyone thinking of using MRI to just go with another company and save yourself the trouble of taking the same trash in and out for weeks.

watch your statement

They provide good service but they don't send out statements and won't let you know when you have a credit balance! Use their service but watch your account! Invoices reflect a balance due when it's not really the case!
