This is the dealership I purchased my bike from. I took it in to have the drive shaft lubed (warranty). They had the bike for almost 10 days for this simple task. I got it home, and noticed that the oily film was still on the wheel spacers. I think that any decent tech would at least wipe it off, so I took the bike apart. Not ONE spot of lube!!!!! Essentially that had my bike for 10 days, charged Kawasaki for the warranty work, and did nothing at all! I also had a buzzing sound from the fairings, that I wanted fixed. Tech (with sideways hat) says...."Dude...just get used to it...."
I wouldn't so much as buy a sticker from these thieves again!

I bought two quads from them.
I wanted them to mount new tires on my rims and they wouldn't do it unless I bought the tires from them. Motor City didn't have the tires I wanted so I bought them online..They flat out refused to mount them..The previous owners of this business mounted my tires in the past. Belle Tire mounted them for $20.
My wife's new quad won't be purchased at Motor City...

Absolute horrible transaction. I bought 2 snowmobiles and trailer and nothing went correctly, taking over 40 days to complete the deal. They "lost" $100 of my deposit, the paperwork took hours and they tried to switch the trailer I bought, after I paid in full with a far inferior trailer. Took 6 weeks to get my registration tabs and license plate. Too many horrid examples to list.

Just wanted to thank Motorcity for great service, especially Keith in the parts department. When Honda sent unusable parts for my Valkyrie, he kept on top of the issue, and coordinated a resolution with them over several calls and weeks until it was correct. Thanks to him, I got my bike back together in time for the first passable riding days of the year. Thanks!!
