It was a rip off when I bought an electric bike for 800.00 dls. And the battery was dead. They knew it was dead and they lie to me when they say I just have to charge it. The bad thing for me is that they can get away with it.

Tried to order a part for my scooter (chinese make). The staff is unprofessonal and not customer orentated. First quote for the part was 1oo to 140 dollars. They siad they could get the part. I had the part ordered, 5 days later they said that it was on back order from 2 suppliers. 28 days later I called to check on the order status of my part. The staff said that they could not get the part. I needed a new part so I took it upon my self to look on the internet. I found the part in 5 mins and for 45 dollars plus shipping. USE THIS COMPANY AT OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
