This place is so awesome Paul Kinney greeted me and made me feel like family, Ali argued with the bank literally for 20 minutes until finally I got the payment i needed. sherly and all of the girls in the back are so nice and professional. The big guy in the back detailing did they best job ever and the bathrooms are so clean and the coffee is fresh .. thank you so much.

if you're looking for a car and a great deal this is a place to shop they might not be perfect but let me tell you they really really help me and put me in the car of my dreams...p was very kind and courteous and very very patient with me thank you guys I am very happy I highly recommend this dealership there anybody that needs help

Honestly, the fact that Motor Car Concepts hasn't been shut down for all the documentation fraud they do is proof that we live in a world of no consequences. There is no good or evil just do what you want, if Mike Bander can get away with it, you can too!!

SCAMMERS...do your research on this company before buying! They will lie to get you into a lemon and the laugh at you when they promised they would fix it..

I bought a 2007 acrua Rdx on August 29 first lie the price online was 14997 when I got there they said they had to bump it to 18997 since it was I. House finance , while test driving the car.... The engine light was on and Mac said they will fix it if I boguht it. Upon working the deal another car saleman said 2000down and 245 bwkly and I ask and you will fix the engine light he said yes. When signing the contact they jump the bwkly payment to 268 but I was fine with it. On sept 2 I took the car to the Apopa location and gave it to Wayne, he said he would clear the engine light and if it came back on he can see what it is, I told him I already took it to autozone and it was the catalyst converter bank 1 . He said ok ill order the part..... Two weeks went by and I called and he forgot about it and said bring it in, I brought it back in on sept 16 and guess what they did clear the light again and lied and said he change the censor that night when the engine light came back on I took it to autozone and it was the same code , I took it back the 17th and Wayne said oh we have to wait for the part, at this time it's three weeks in and they only give you 30days to fix any issues. I took it back on the 20th and Wayne said he changed the oxygen censor , when I ask him why did he do that when it's clear the car is breathing right I told him it's a muffler clog bc one of the mufflers is not breathing, he said no it was the cencor, that night the engine came on again, this time I took it to acrua and they gave the same code, the catalyst converter bank 1 basically what I already said there is a clog in the muffler , the tech said they will have to remove the muffler to fix the isuse it is NOT a censor. So Saturday I called motor car concept in Apoka and spoke to scott who said just bring it back on Monday. What these ppl don't realize is that th engine is working over time to breath bc of this clog and I filling the gas tank 3x a week. But I'm not the average customer I will and can return the car and do a charge back with my bank since I work for the bank and just go else where and get a vehicle . I have it writting that they would fix the engine issue with th contract so it was not word of mouth. I will take it back it back to them on Monday and see the outcome but I will not loose out. Motorcar concepts does bad business

Never fixed anything they said they would. Had to fix or repair daily. Never a reliable car.

Just signed my paper work for a 2007 Nissan Altima with bad credit and they got me on the road and im very happy.the guys here are awesome, will recommend to anyone with good and bad credit.

man they really helped me out Robert is the best I walked in there with 800 and he put me in a 2008 Nissan Altima and my credit was bad they are great !!!!!!!
