Great customer service ! by Handy Guy - 12/28/2008Though I needed an element for my oven. They tested the element for free and found it was still okay. Didn't even charge me. A month later I needed a coupler for my Kenmore washer. They had it and the price was about 20% lower than anywhere else.
They also have a huge selection of really good tools for anyone who appreciates quality stuff instead of the cheap import garbage sold at most places.
