Our attorneys and experienced professional staff offer our clients the support and representation they need. MEDIATION SERVICES: If you are seeking to try mediation to resolve your issues, our firm has a Court Certified Mediator who is available to work with you to help you try to resolve your issues before taking legal action and even after legal action has commenced.

NOTARY SERVICES: If you need to have something notarized our office staff is available.

C. Val Morley has been in practice since 1986. Mr. Morley graduated from Willamette Law School in 1986. Mr. Morley was Managing Editor for the Willamette Law Review, had two articles published, received two High Paper awards, made the Deans list, and was made a Special Assistant in the United States Attorneys Office. Mr. Morley also obtained an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Upon graduation from Law School Mr. Morley spent the next eight years as a prosecuting attorney in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Morley has prosecuted Criminal cases in Utah County and Salt Lake County, Utah. Mr. Morley is licensed to practice in Oregon and Utah. Mr. Morley has experience in Family Law (including divorce, custody, child abuse and neglect, guardianship, paternity and adoption), Real Estate, Debt Collection, Probate, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, and General Litigation. Mr. Morley has represented clients in over 100 Jury Trials.

Ryan A. Morley graduated Cum Laude from Seattle University Law School. At the Law School he was a member of the Law Review and Associate Editor. Prior to Law School, Mr. Morley obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Brigham Young University. Currently, Mr. Morley's practice includes Real Estate law, Business law, Contract Drafting (review, and modifications), Eviction issues, Lien law, and Debt Collection.

Jennifer L. Northcott graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School and is licensed to practice in Colorado and Utah. Ms. Northcott is a trained mediator and is Court Certified. Ms. Northcott received her Bachelor of Science with a double major in Psychology and Political Science from Brigham Young University. Ms. Northcott has experience in Family Law (including divorce, custody, child abuse and neglect, guardianship, paternity and adoption), wills and estates, contracts, personal injury and mediation (including small claims, housing, domestic and victim-offender). Ms. Northcott interned with the Washington D.C. Corporation Counsel in the Child Abuse and Neglect Division. She also worked for the University of Alberta's Population Research Lab as a Consultant to various agencies of the Alberta Government. The articles and research that Ms. Northcott collaborated on, resulted in several publications and laid the foundation for some of Alberta's Public Policy in Health Care.
