My experience with the company was great. Didn't play any games they just told me what it was and offered as much advise as they could.

STAY AWAY!!!!! This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I traded in my vehicle for 11,000 and paid cash for the remaining 16,000. I overnighted them my title for my trade and upon receiving the new BMW I purchased from them, they REFUSED to give me the title. They had my car, my title, and 16K cash in their position for over 2 months and I received no title. Then, JOHN LANDEM refused to take my calls or texts when I was trying to get the title for the BMW from him so I had to file a LAWSUIT. After more than two months, lawyer fees, and a lawsuit, I finally received my title. BUYER BEWARE this dealership is AWFUL. John Landem is the general manager and completely unprofessional and shady in his business practices. I would strongly advise that NO ONE ever buy a car from this place.

I was really hurting for a car and i saw that Morgan Motors could help me i talked to Mark the GM and he said he could help like everybody else. (same story everybody says) Mark took my info and explained in detail what he could do and if i gave him the time to work on it he will get me into a car. He said he was not interested in me waiting in his office he does not play those games, he did stay in contact with me telling me he was wotking on it it and on the second day he called me and told me Dave in fineance got me approved. when i came in they where the nicest people i have ever met took the time to explain everything to me. even after i bought the car Mark called me to ask if everythign was ok with the car a week later and that if i ever need anything to please call. I will tell everybody about them i wish all dealers where like this. Thank You MORGAN MOTORS. i am back on my feet becaouse of you and its a newer car loaded.
