The overweight older male inside the office is the rudest person I've met. I feel sorry for any co-workers or family
that spends any time with sorry person.

very rude on the phone I don't not recommend this place of business...and the only reason I gave them a star is because it wouldn't let me post without it

Been going here for over a year now and was recently told I'm no longer welcome at the yard because I wouldn't remove tiny bits of plastic from a basketball goal I had scrapped THE WEEK BEFORE. All this from The stubborn pig-headed guy in main office (larger fella)...have no complaint with other employees other then they should be more courteous. DO NOT GO HERE! QUEEN CITY METALS IS MUCH NICER, AND ACCEPT MANY MORE ITEMS! No need to make sure gas tanks are empty/drilled on vehicles, they take catalytic converters, and even aluminum rims with tires still mounted. Forget this place

They wanted me to remove the gasoline from my car before I sold it to them?!?! They're SUPPOSED to be the RECYCLERS not me. Do not "recycle" here.
