We are licensed by the State of New Mexico and we are fully insured. We do not have the overhead of our competitors allowing us to keep our cost competitive. We offer a quality product at a reasonable cost.
We are a family owned and operated company. We were founded in 1962 with over 48 years of experience. Our staff offers a wide variety of specialties from stucco and plastering, to interior plaster. Our craftsmen are fully qualified to handle any commercial or residential project from an entire home remodel or minor remodeling projects.
Our work can be found all across the front range, from commercial businesses to the finer homes of Santa Fe. We provide maintenance for commercial properties and work on an “on call” basis for repairs to various strip malls across the city.
Whether you need patches in your current drywall, or demolition to restructure rooms, our team of experienced drywallers can complete your project with a wide variety of textures to finish.
Transform ordinary walls and ceilings into works of art. We give an Old World style to today’s architecture. Create a distinctive and visually rich surface. Every project is custom designed and hand troweled. We offer a wide array of custom textures including Italian Plaster, Venetian Plaster and Conventional Plaster.
Three Coat Stucco systems include a waterproof building paper attached to the studs on the house and a wire lathe, which serves as the foundation for the stucco system. The first layer of cement is called the scratch layer because a notched trowel is used and creates a rough surface to which the next layer can bond. The second layer is called the brown coat. After the second layer of cement is applied, the final coat or color coat is applied.
The thin coat or fiber reinforced stucco (FRS) system is a more recent development. It is used in many types of construction over a wide variety of sheathings and substrates. Generally, it consists of a gray base coat with colored cement stucco or acrylic-based finish coat.
