I have rented a unit in that place for about 1 year.
Then I decided to leave the place because of the nasty, rude, condescending, unprofessional behaviour of the male manager.

I had a displeasure of having an unpleasant experience with his plain nasty attitude for no reason, trying to intimidate me with his authoritarian, rude, nasty demeanor, like Nazi.
He acts like he owns the place and his demeanor is authoritarian and Gestapo-like. When you let him know that you know what he is doing- he gets even nastier!

The storage is located in a very shady area where homeless people build their camps right by the storage.. So I feel that this 'manager's nasty attitude towards people who come to the area, even if you just happened to be a customer there renting a unit, - his ugly, condescending, disrespectful attitude is directed towards a customer/me!

The last straw was when one time I was struggling to open the gate putting the code wrong. I kept struggling, and then I saw him upstairs smoking and observing me (he and his wife live right above the gate and the office).
He saw me struggling and then he quickly hid on the balcony. But I saw the smoke coming out even though he was making sure I would not see him.

Loudly enough, to make sure he can hear me I asked him to help me. And nothing... I kept asking him over and over if he could help me please ... He finally stuck his head out and yelled very loudly and rudely " it's after 6 pm!! Pretend i am not here!!! That's your problem, not mine, that you can't get in!!"

It was 15 min past 6 pm. And I was standing there in disbelief not knowing what to do and where to get help....with the manager standing above me smoking and not giving a damn...

Somebody else walking by helped me to sort out the code
( it took 5 seconds) and I was able to enter the grounds...

I am appalled by the zero care and zero respect from the "manager" in this storage.

He shouldn't be allowed to be working with people...
