I was a loyal and good customer in the past with Alias.. who have lost the ability to provide even the lowest standard of customer service. I am now a customer of Modern Pawn and here are the reasons: 1. Customer service is impeccable, always greeting you, even when waiting on another. 2. When you first walk in, you can tell a hands down difference from ALL other other pawn shops in the Helena Area-Many electronics and an abundance of all kinds of sports equipment, and all are immaculate, clean, and the products are in NEW or LIKE NEW condition. They are obviously very selective in the items they put out. 4. The staff made me feel at ease and confident, and I knew my goods would be taken care of. 5. Even as a new customer, they went out on a limb and helped me with my immediate financial need, (medications) that I had. There was no judgment, not a lot of questions, and they were willing to go out on a limb and trust me. It was my first time with Modern Pawn and right away, I felt like a valued customer, and it was clear that they truly appreciated my business. 3. I have only been with Modern for about two months, and since then, I have purchased two electronic items. Both products were high quality, brand name, very well taken care of, and extremely affordable, and well priced. My latest purchase, a Blue Ray player - marked 25.00 > after I purchased, and got home, I noticed they charged me 20.00 > I didn't have to "barter" or twist an arm for a fair price. The player was clean and looked as though I just pulled it our of the box. It is obvious they just don't throw anything on the floor, each item is "selected" to be sold. I am actually very happy Alias lost my business, because I found somehint so MUCH bettler!! I look forward to doing business here for many years to come, when needed knowing the quality and abundance of electronics and sports equipment are fairly priced, and of the best quality!
