If I could give them a 0 rating I would. You wont believe the upcharge on furniture.

Worst Place in Chambersburg to shop bad customer service appliances dont work.They tried to charge extra on a number of things you would think the store offers AND THEY DONT HAVE FREE DELIVERY THEY CHARGE FOR DELIVERY AND STORAGE.

I had purchased a sofa set with Modern and was very impressed with them and recommended them to my friends. But after a year the chair's fabric began to wear and after two years it was torn and worn-the stuffing was coming out. So I went back to Modern but they said the warranty was expired and the only thing they could do was offer me a $100 off on a new chair. I decided to place an order for a new one but when he told me the price I did not think it sounded like a discounted price. He assured me several times that it was and the price was a really good deal. But I called another local furniture store that sold the same England brand and inquired the price for the same style and fabric chair.The price they quoted me was $20 cheaper than Modern's price that was supposed to be with a $100 discount! I called Modern but they made many excuses and would still not honor the $100 off they first told me they would do. I lost all respect for them-and will not now reccomend them to friends
