unhappy potential customer

Don't bother unless you really don't need the job done

Set an appointment for 7:30 am Wednesday, no service person by 8 am. Called him, he was on his way to the office, said "That was this morning?" Said he had to get to the office to see the schedule. Never called me. I called again at 9 am, got voice mail. Left a message, no response 1.5 hours later. Have no idea whether they can do the job but they sure are not professionals at dealing with customers.
