On time and had everything on the truck by sportsguys - 09/01/2009Mister Sparky was everything they said they would be over the phone they showed up when they said they would. Gave me a fair price to fix my electrical issue and even gave me a free inspection of the electrical system. The educated me on surge protection for the whole house not just my TV. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. P.S. My kids loved the big red truck and they think Mister Sparky is really cool!
Very poor customer service by Barb - 05/20/2009I was installing a light and power went out in a couple rooms. I couldn't find the source, as it didn't go to my circuit breaker, so I called Mr. Sparky. They would not give me a quote over the phone instead told me there was a transportation fee, and if I chose them to do the service, I would not be charged the fee. The electrician arrived and quoted me a fee (289.00), spent 15 minutes replacing a plug, then charged me 289.00 plus 28.00 for "transportation." I called later asking about policies and they offered me a "credit." But in two years I've not needed an electrician. They were going to talk to a manager and call me back. I called a few more times, each time someone promised to call me back, and did not. I was very disappointed, I thought they were over priced, and I would NOT use them again.
