EVERY TIME they mess my order up. Tonight's no different I placed a $100 order for 4 from Logan's Roadhouse. Only received half of what was ordered was on the phone for over an HR and still no refund. This is one shaddy place I highly recommend using a different service that values their customers.

Terrible service, received my food cold & items were missing. I immediately reached out to customer service & the only thing they offered was a 10 dollar credit. I will never use this service again.! & recommend others straying away as well unless u like cold food & bad customer service.

Food cold smashed and items missing. Verified order with retailer my fries never got to my home. Was offered refund of delivery fee. Not ordering again.
